This PET bottled beer 4-in-1 filling machine, specially developed by NAVAN, is designed to better cater to the latest global trend of filling beer.Compared to glass bottle beer, plastic bottle beer has several advantages and promising future prospects. Firstly, plastic bottles are lighter and more durable than glass bottles, making them easier to transport and less prone to breakage. This not only reduces the risk of accidents during transportation but also lowers the overall cost of packaging and distribution. Additionally, plastic bottles are more versatile in terms of design and can be easily customized to attract consumers with different preferences. Moreover, plastic bottles are more environmentally friendly as they can be recycled and repurposed into various products. This aligns with the growing global concern for sustainability and the increasing demand for eco-friendly packaging solutions. As a result, the demand for plastic bottle beer is likely to continue to rise in the future. However, it is important to address the issue of plastic waste and ensure proper recycling and disposal methods to minimize its negative impact on the environment.
1.Adopts advanced proportional membrane valve with continuous liquid level floating technique, help to prevent the foaming generation, allows the liquid filling level more accurate to +-2mm, final liquid losses can be reduced by 2.5%. Taking 2000 bottles/hour filling 1.5L PET bottles as an example, working 24 hours a day can help the manufacturer reduce the beer loss by about 1800L/day 2000BPH*1.5L*24hours*0.025=1800L
2.Electronically controlled long-tube carbon dioxide replacement system ensures extremely low oxygen increase during the filling process, the average oxygen increase can be reduced to 30ppb, maximizing the product’s shelf life to average 118.2 days in record.
3.The PLC controlled air cylinder filling valve modified from KHS technology; Shutdown CIP cleaning system controlled by PLC as well, improve the cleaning efficiency.
