1- Working Principle
Then filling valves start filling oil into bottle with normal flow . When the filling quantity is close to the set weight amount, it will switch to small flow filling. When the set weight is finally reached, the sensor will send a valve closing signal to stop filling. When the filling valve is closed, the negative pressure pipeline of the valve nozzle is connected, and the residual oil of the valve nozzle is drawn back to the negative pressure tank through the negative pressure pipe, so as to prevent the residual oil from dripping onto the bottle body and polluting the outer packaging.

2-1 Digital load cell dynamic weighing

3- Capping Part
After the bottle at this station leaves the filling machine, the weighing sensor is reset to zero, ready for the next filling, and the well filled bottle is sent to the capping station through the transition star wheel. The capping machine is equipped with a cap sorter, and the sorted caps are sent to the cap removal plate through the cap drop guide rail, and the capping head rotates the bottle cap under the action of the cam to carry out the capping operation on the bottle. After the capping is completed, the capping head rises, and the finished bottle is sent to the conveyor chain through the bottle discharge star wheel for next process
